Refund Policy
Last updated 3 September 2026 · version 2026-09-03-v1
Source code cannot be handed back once you have it. This policy is built around the one moment that is still reversible: before you accept the repository invitation.
1The short version
Full refund within 14 days, as long as you have not accepted the repository invitation. No reason needed and no questions asked. Email us and we will refund the payment and withdraw the invitation.
2Once you have accepted the invitation
At that point you have the entire codebase, and there is no way to take it back. So the 14-day right of withdrawal ends there — but only because you were asked to agree to that at checkout, before paying, and told exactly what you were agreeing to.
If you were not asked, the right stands and you can withdraw within 14 days regardless. We would rather write that here than rely on you not knowing it.
That agreement is recorded with the payment itself: the version of this policy and of the licence terms you were shown, and the moment you accepted them, are stored on the Paddle transaction. Ask us and we will tell you exactly which text you agreed to.
3Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital content supplied immediately and not on a physical medium, that right ends once supply begins — provided you gave express prior consent and acknowledged that you were losing it.
Separately, and regardless of any of the above: if the software is faulty, not as described, or does not do what this site says it does, you have remedies that no policy can sign away. Tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
4Things that are not refund reasons
Changing your mind after cloning the repository. Deciding the stack is not for you — the site says plainly that the backend is Python and FastAPI, and the FAQ says so before you pay. Wanting a feature it does not have.
If any of those is a risk for you, ask us before buying. We would rather answer a question than take money you want back.
5How to ask
Email the address above from the address you bought with, and say nothing more than that you want a refund. We aim to answer within two working days and to process the refund within five.
Paddle is the merchant of record, so the money returns by the same route it arrived, to the same card or account. How long your bank takes after that is out of our hands — usually a few days.
6What a refund ends
Your licence and your repository access. We remove the collaborator invitation or the collaborator, and clause 4 of the licence terms continues to apply to any copy you still hold: you may not redistribute or resell it.
