Before you buy
- Is this a subscription?
- No. You pay once. There is no renewal, no seat fee and nothing to cancel. The subscription machinery inside The Fabrica is for the product you build with it — your customers can be on monthly plans without you being on one.
- Do updates cost extra?
- No, and they are designed to be survivable. Buyer-created product files live in reserved _domain/ paths that upstream does not overwrite, reducing the merge surface when you pull an update.
- Can I use it for client work?
- On the Team licence, yes — build and deliver client projects with it. On Solo you can ship unlimited products that you own and operate; delivering the codebase to a client as their property needs the Team licence.
